Recently, Kelly Frickleton spoke on a panel at the Federalist Society Missouri Chapters Annual Conference, which was held at the Missouri State Capitol. The panel, titled Do Words Matter?, explored whether and to what extent lawyers have an ethical duty to use inclusive language under the Rules of Professional Conduct.
Kelly presented on the issues raised in her article “Words Matter” that ran as the November cover story of the KCMBA KC Counselor magazine.
