James Bartimus was an invited speaker on the topic of cross examination to the Louisiana Association of Justice in September; the Mississippi Trial Lawyers Association and the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association-both in August. Additionally, Jim was a presenter for the summer meeting of The Summit Council—of which he is a member. Jim and Dr Jerry Tremblay of this office both were invited speakers on the topic of birth injuries to 360 Advocacy seminar in Las Vegas. Jim will be a guest speaker to the South Carolina Trial Lawyers in December.
