My Story

Teresa is the Client Relations Manager, with the firm since 1997. She enjoys working directly with clients, guiding and supporting them through life-changing experiences. She counts the family-oriented atmosphere and the firm’s philanthropic endeavors among her favorite things about working at Bartimus Frickleton Robertson Rader. Teresa spends her free time with her two children and her family and friends.

What led you to work in the legal field?

I went to school to be a court reporter, graduated and found it hard to find a job in that area. I worked at a law firm in Topeka and liked it, and when my husband transferred to Kansas City, I worked at a separate law firm before getting my foot in the door at Bartimus Frickleton Robertson Rader. I’ve been here since.

Why is the legal field a good fit for your personality and skill set?

I’ve always been intrigued by the legal world and how it works, and I like working with and connecting with people.

How do you think Bartimus Frickleton Robertson Rader is different than other firms?

The firm’s charity work sets them apart. We participate in the Make-A-Wish Foundation, make weekly sandwiches for missions and work with other charities throughout the year.
