Firm partner Chip Robertson has been appointed by the Missouri Supreme Court as Co-Chair of the Missouri Municipal Division Work Group, a blue ribbon committee charged with reviewing the workings of the Missouri Municipal Court Divisions throughout the state. The Supreme Court formed the group to study what is wrong with Missouri’s municipal court system and suggest ways to fix it. As stated by the St. Louis Post Dispatch, “For more than two decades, Edward D. “Chip” Robertson Jr., has stood like a stone fortress protecting judicial integrity in Missouri from those who wish to tear it down.” Once again, Bartimus Frickleton Robertson Rader is proud that Chip Robertson will lead this important effort.
