Mike Meyer and Michael Rader resolved a commercial motor vehicle collision case for $4,000,000.00.  The settlement occurred on the second day of trial in Johnson County, Kansas.  The motorcycle driver was legally driving eastbound on a two-lane highway when a delivery truck turned into a driveway directly in front of the motorcycle rider.  The collision caused the motorcycle rider to suffer several broken bones, a brain injury, and an eye injury.
