Austin W. Green joins Bartimus Frickleton Robertson Rader as an Associate Attorney.  He attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude.  During law school, Austin served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Ortrie D. Smith in the U.S. District Court, Western District of Missouri, and as a legal extern at the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

Prior to joining Bartimus Frickleton Robertson Rader, Austin spent the first years of his legal career as an insurance defense litigator, where handled a myriad of civil cases and was able to work closely with insurance adjusters who evaluate liability and assign value to personal injury claims.  Austin now utilizes this knowledge and experience to zealously advocate on behalf of injured victims and achieve the most favorable results for his clients. 

At Bartimus Frickleton Robertson Rader, Austin primarily focuses his practice on wrongful death claims, complex and catastrophic personal injury cases, products liability, dangerous premises, trucking and automobile litigation, and medical malpractice.  Austin is a passionate, competitive, and dedicated young lawyer who is committed to delivering a high level of personal care to each of his clients throughout the litigation process.
